SHIPPING:
Shipping is $65 flat fee with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery, on orders over $1000 shipping is included in the price. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE live arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.

PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal. PayPal payments can be sent to Jchausmer@yahoo.com. We accept credit card payments over the phone as well as personal checks and money orders. No animals are shipped prior to checks/money orders clearing.

PAYMENT PLANS:
We offer payment plans on anything we sell over $500. We are flexible when it comes to a time line to pay for an animal. However once entered into a payment plan there are no refunds. If you cannot finish paying for an animal you will lose 25% of the purchase price and the remaining balance will be issued as a credit towards a future purchase.

HEALTH:
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
